The warranty is essential in Minecraft account products that other shops unlike TheAltening fall very far behind in, only giving you 12 hours or so to check your accounts before they tell you it's too late to get any new ones (for their own bad alts!) TheAltening is different however, our warranty on most products is unlimited, meaning you can get an unlimited amount of replacements in your order. We don't constrict you to having to check your entire list in 12 hours or risk losing money, and this also means you can buy accounts to stockpile for the future, without losing anything!

Aside from making your purchase risk-free, this also makes it cheaper! Some of our products have a high shelf price for example our Hypixel Unbanned accounts at certain non-sale times can be as high as $0.40c each, this seems like a high price compared to other shops with $0.10c each accounts, however due to being unable to get new ones an unlimited amount of times, it is guaranteed that you will be saving money by buying from TheAltening.

Our warranty rules for these accounts are based on some criteria:
1. If you buy an account/cookie but it's already banned on Hypixel, then you are eligible for a replacement. We will not replace for bans on other servers.
2. We will only review replacement requests within 24 hours of your order, if you have a larger order then we recommend making it a priority to immediately review your purchase. 3. We will not replace accounts which only have a competitive ban unless otherwise specified. 4. We will not replace accounts which were banned due to your IP Address being blacklisted. Please ensure proper VPN usage if needed. Have a technical issue? We will show you how to fix it so that you can use your account, just make a ticket.

Certain products either have no use on a warranty or are simply not able to be insured

1. All VPN's are restricted to a 1 month warranty, guaranteeing you will get atleast one month's usage out of it, the warranty ends after this period.
2. MFA and USA accounts are completely secure, therefore there is never a need for a warranty.
3. Unfortunately we will not offer you a refund if you purchase an account and later decide that you do not want it, except if the account has an issue.

Warranty is possibly covered after migration though it’s not guaranteed due to expected difficulties.

"Cookie" accounts are cheap Minecraft alts used mainly for cheating, expiring after 10-14 days. They use a "cookie" for login instead of email:password, requiring a Minecraft client that supports them or a Forge/Fabric/feather alt manager mod. These accounts won't work on vanilla Minecraft but will on clients like Lunar or Badlion. No refunds if a supported client isn't used.
