How does TheAltening's warranty save me money?

The warranty is essential in Minecraft account products that other shops unlike TheAltening fall very far behind in, only giving you 12 hours or so to check your accounts before they tell you it's too late to get any new ones (for their own bad alts!) TheAltening is different however, our warranty on most products is unlimited, meaning you can get an unlimited amount of replacements in your order. We don't constrict you to having to check your entire list in 12 hours or risk losing money, and this also means you can buy accounts to stockpile for the future, without losing anything!

Aside from making your purchase risk-free, this also makes it cheaper! Some of our products have a high shelf price for example our Hypixel Unbanned accounts at certain non-sale times can be as high as $0.40c each, this seems like a high price compared to other shops with $0.10c each accounts, however due to being unable to get new ones an unlimited amount of times, it is guaranteed that you will be saving money by buying from TheAltening.

What is the warranty for Hypixel Unbanned Accounts?

Our warranty for these accounts is based on one of two criteria:
1. The Account must have stopped working and is invalid according to the rechecker on your order page.
2. The account has been banned by someone else, indicating it was used before you could (We will check to see if these claims are accurate with Secret Hypixel API's.)
If either of those two criteria are met, you will receive a free, new, unbanned account, so long as it's claimed within your warranty period of 6 months. Warranty is possibly covered after migration though it’s not guaranteed due to expected difficulties.

What is the warranty for NFA Accounts?

Our warranty for these accounts is based on one criteria:
1. The Account must have stopped working and is invalid according to the rechecker on your order page
If this criteria is met, you will receive a free, new account, so long as it's claimed within your warranty period of 6 months.
Warranty is possibly covered after migration though it’s not guaranteed due to expected difficulties.

What isn't covered by our Warranty?

Certain products either have no use on a warranty or are simply not able to be insured

1. All VPN's are restricted to a 1 month warranty, guaranteeing you will get atleast one month's usage out of it, the warranty ends after this period.
2. MFA and USA accounts are completely secure, therefore there is never a need for a warranty.
3. Products with a warranty are entitled to an unlimited one in terms of replacements, however unless otherwise noted will expire after 6 months.

What is the warranty for Microsoft NFA Accounts?

Our warranty for these accounts is based on the criteria:
1. If the account is locked (2fa, etc) we will replace the account with proof.
2. If the account login is invalid we will replace the account with proof.

If these criteria are met, you wil receive a free account so long as it's claimed within your warranty period of 6 months.
